The Journey
Started by husband and wife team Ed and Emma Osborn, the business began in Clifton in 2004.
With technology about to transform the industry, Ed and Emma saw the potential to combine their years of experience to create a forward thinking letting agency.
Focusing exclusively on lettings they were able to develop a service that met the specific requirements of landlords and tenants.
By only servicing properties in Bristol they soon became the city's experts at providing investors with buy-to-let advice.
Bristol's regeneration over the last two decades has seen the building of a large number of high quality developments and the establishment of many new residential areas across the city.
Understanding that these developments would be popular with professional tenants, Ed and Emma set their stall out to help investors purchase the properties that would be best suited for rental.
With high quality properties to rent in great locations they quickly became the go to agency for professional tenants.
Over the years The Bristol Residential Letting Co's expert team has helped hundreds of investors select a buy to let property which has proved ideal for the professional rental market.
Hard work and determination has seen the company grow and now The Bristol Residential Letting Co has three high street locations across Bristol.
