Best letting agent I’ve experienced in my 8 years of renting!I was a complicated tenant, coming in as a tenant swap, living there for a year and then swapping out again - all this was handled seamlessly by Amy Garrod (some letting agents make this a real pain!). Amy’s thoughtful and considerate approaches made us feel well looked after and understood. We didn’t hesitate to report a potential leak as we knew Amy would understand and not fine us/blame us - this understanding relationship is an asset to any landlord looking to look after their property.They use DocuSign which is convenient - I only needed to go to the office once for an ID check. They gave plenty of notice when someone needed to come, usually for our safety e.g. planned electrical upgrades and fire testing etc. The deposit was returned promptly without any problems or nagging. Seamless. Thanks Amy and the Bristol Residential Letting Co team!

A terrible letting agent group.First of all, the property that me and my partner rented are listed “Furnished” but when we having a viewing we have been told that it will be unfurnished, which is misleading information.And when we have moved into that house, a shower part is broken and the exhaust fan is not working.I have called the property manager, Jaime and I still remember her tone and her words.She is rude and when I tell her the situation she was keep denying it, keep saying “No, no” said that the fan will automatically turn on and doubting me on that showering part is not broken at all.And now she and the engineer have confirmed the part is broken and the fan it’s not working, she is keep denying it’s their fault not to check everything before a new tenant move in.I have reported this problem in 23/9 , and now they say that the shower part will not come until 18/10, I have to use a bucket to wash myself everyday since that day like going back into 1885.I don’t want to be difficult but they will never admitted they are wrong, they will made you inconvenience and they won’t sorry about you because they are working for the landlord at the end of the day, so please avoid Bristol Residents Lettings.

Really positive experience with Bristol Residential Letting. Amy in the clifton branch is very responsive to emails and calls and any issues with the property are fixed swiftly. They are a friendly and approachable company and I have been treated very fairly whilst living in the same property for the last 7 years.
