Worth the whole 5 stars, Tom was great at getting me in for a viewing and also got back to me within 3 hours of the visit to move us on with the application process and hence securing a property, flawless process and would definitely recommend for future house seekers!!

Had a number of things to go through with a property I am thinking of letting, I called in the Southville office and a really helpful chap spent time with me to go through all of my questions and concerns. His name was Andy.He carefully explained how the process would work, how fees are handled and how prospective tenants are qualified. He really did go over and above to ensure that I had all the information I needed, he even gave personal advice on the most appropriate décor to present the property in. Very helpful indeed.I have no questions that when I have finished getting everything ready I will be back for Andy to “sign me up”Thank you
