As a managed landlord, you will have a dedicated Property Manager who will ensure your property remains compliant with ever changing legislation and will take care of any maintenance which may arise. At the end of each tenancy, they will manage the check out process including the final inspection and deposit return.

Every week, the Front-End team from your designated office will meet to discuss the week’s progress on the letting of your property. You will then receive feedback from a dedicated member of the team on ‘Feedback Friday’.

We use a third-party referencing agency called Vouch who specialise in the referencing of tenancy applicants. They will complete an employment check, a previous landlord check where available and a credit check. They will then provide us with a reference report for us to give the final go ahead.

Legislation is continually being updated so it is difficult for a landlord to know exactly what they need. Invite us out to your property and we will be happy to advise what needs to be done. We can put you in touch with reliable contractors or we would be happy to undertake the organising of this as part of our Managed or Find-A-Tenant service.

We will register the deposit with TDS, the deposit will be held by the agent for the duration of the tenancy.
